Breast cancer
One of the most common cancers in women. Treatment depends on molecular profile (ER/PR/HER2).
Subtypes
- Invasive ductal carcinoma (IDC) — 70–80%, originates from ducts.
- Invasive lobular carcinoma (ILC) — often bilateral.
- Triple-negative (TNBC) — does not express ER, PR or HER2.
- HER2-positive — responsive to HER2-targeted therapy.
- In situ disease (DCIS, LCIS) — does not invade surrounding tissue.
Roughly 2.3 million new cases worldwide annually. 5-year survival: localised ≈99%, regional metastases ≈86%, distant metastases ≈28%.
Treatment options
Cell therapy
Targets tumours resistant to conventional chemotherapy or radiation and supplies long-term control through immune memory.

Acts on the tumour’s molecular targets. Improves efficacy and reduces toxicity.
Read more →Chemotherapy
Systemic drug treatment aimed at killing rapidly dividing tumour cells.
Read more →Radiation therapy
Uses ionising radiation to damage the DNA of tumour cells, killing them or stopping division.
Read more →Hormonal therapy
An effective, selective approach for hormone-dependent tumours.
Read more →Surgery
